The new centerless grinding machine CF 400/250 builds on the experience and the solid basis of its big sister CF 500/400, designed and built to meet any precision grinding challenge of small parts from 2mm to 50mm in diameter, it is suitable for grindining different materials: steel, carbide, ceramics, and many more.

The CF 400/250 centerless grinder offers two main types of grinding operations, infeed grinding or through-feed grinding, depending on the shape of the piece, and is equipped with hydrodynamic spindles with a third lateral support that guarantee precision and stability, and an easy and quick change of grinding wheel and control wheel from the side of the machine.

Grinding wheel with a diameter of 400x250 mm driven by a 19 kW grinding wheel motor with inverter that allows a constant and programmable peripheral speed.

Design with the workblade support  fixed directly to the machine bed to ensure rigidity and precision and to allow quick replacement of the work rest blade and the use of simple unloading systems.

Equipped with Fanuc CNC or alternatively Siemens and interactive software "SMT", with color graphics menu for create the grinding cycles, which guides and supports the operator step by step through the work program. 

The new CF 400/250 grinder can be equipped and configured from 1 to 8 CNC axes, depending on the customer's production needs, to offer the best technical and economic solution.

The new CF 400/250 centerless grinding machine is an advantageous choice for flexible and versatile production, loading and unloading always in the same position, easy and quick change of work rest blade for in feed or throughfeed grinding and vice versa.

CNC-controlled dressing units with single diamond, diamond disc or diamond roller at the end user's choice for grinding wheel dressing and profiling.

Complete customization; through close cooperation with end-users we ensure a correct and profitable solution.
